At Taste of Italy, food is more than a meal—it’s family. Owner Antonio Mattera began his restaurant journey in 2001 in Delaware, driven by a passion for authentic Italian flavors. In 2014, he brought that same passion to Altavista VA, the place he now proudly calls home.

Since then, Taste of Italy has been serving genuine Italian cuisine made with heart, tradition, and the freshest ingredients. Open 7 days a week, our doors are always ready to welcome you.
